Who we are
The Brazil of the Future Institute is a pioneering think tank dedicated to producing and disseminating economic, technological, and social studies aimed at strengthening national sovereignty, promoting absolute equality, and building a new model of popular democracy in Brazil. Our country, widely recognized as one of the richest in human and material resource diversity on the global stage, has a unique potential to lead significant transformations. The institute acts as a catalyst for these changes, enabling funding and strategic grants for projects aligned with its mission to build a fairer, more sustainable, and sovereign future for all Brazilians.
We believe that a truly free society can only be achieved through respect for the collective action of those who contribute their labor to the country's economic development. These are the people who face financial injustice and need institutions that protect their rights within a sovereign and popular state—free from the constraints imposed by external groups controlling financial power blocs without contributing to the emancipation of the Brazilian people.
We hope that our actions influence public opinion, political parties, social movements, the media, the press, and academic circles so that these principles are widely accepted and replace structures and power blocs that:
a) exclusively protect groups that own the means of production and communication;
b) sustain interests that promote social inequality, corruption, and hopelessness;
c) limit popular emancipation and restrict the political rights of workers;
d) repress legitimate forms of social resistance;
e) constrain individuals based on their social position and level of private property ownership.
